Terms of service

quzora is operated by an individual developer based in India (“we”, “us”). By creating a story or joining one, you agree to these terms. If you do not, the honest answer is not to use it.

You must be 18 or older. quzora is built for exactly two people: one story, two accounts, no audience.

You sign in with Google — there is no password for us to lose. One story belongs to one couple, and your person joins it with an invite from you.

Treat that invite like a house key. Anyone who has it can join your story and see everything in it, so send it to your person and nobody else. Ask us at support@quzora.com if you ever need one reset.

You keep every right you have in what you write and upload. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to advertise, to promote quzora, or to train machine-learning models.

You give us only the narrow permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, to process it so it works (making smaller versions of photos, a poster frame for a video), to back it up, and to show it to the two people in your story. That permission ends when you delete the content or the story.

• Anything you do not have the right to upload.
• Anything illegal — and, to be explicit, anything sexual involving a minor, which we report and remove without warning.
• Someone else’s private information, put there without their agreement.
• Anything aimed at breaking, overloading or getting around the limits of the service.

quzora is a private space and we have no interest in policing what two people say to each other. This clause exists for the small number of cases where we must act.

quzora is free to use today, with 5 GB of photos and videos per couple. Ask at support@quzora.com if you need more and we will usually just say yes.

If paid plans ever arrive, you will hear about it before anything changes, the free tier will keep what it already holds, and you will always be able to take your story with you rather than pay to get it back.

We look after your story carefully: it is backed up nightly, kept in private storage, and treated as the irreplaceable thing it is.

But quzora is one person’s project, provided as it is. We cannot promise it will never be down, never lose data, or run forever. Please keep your own copies of anything you could not bear to lose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for anything connected with quzora is limited to what you have paid us for it — which today is nothing.

Nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop at any time. Email support@quzora.com and we will delete your story and your account, as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks clause 5, or where we are legally required to. If we ever shut quzora down, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to take everything with you first.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and we will email you about anything that materially affects you. Carrying on using quzora after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays standing. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
